common questions

Which program is best for me?

how do i get started?

This depends on your health goals and individual needs. If you do not have any specific health concerns and just want some guidance to get started on your health journey, then Wellness Support would be a great fit for you! However, if you have a specific health concern, need more in-depth support, or need help getting to the root cause of your symptoms, then Clinical Nutrition is the best fit for your needs.

All new clients should schedule a free 20-minute Discovery Call to get started. This call will ensure we are a good match to work with one another in order to achieve your health goals. From there, we will set up an initial consult and select the best option for your individual needs. You can book here to get started!

do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance at this time. However, traditional labs may be covered by your insurance and some functional labs, supplements, etc may be covered by HSA or FSA.

What are your qualifications?

I have my Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. Additionally, I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist candidate (CNSc) and am pursuing my LN in the state of North Carolina.

how are your services provided?

At this time, all private practice sessions are conducted via Telehealth. Sessions associated with Benton Integrative are offered both in-person and via Telehealth.

what is the cost?

The cost ranges depending on the level of support needed. Discovery Calls are always free to get more information on pricing and what options will best meet your needs.

who do you work with?

Our passion is women's health, specifically those seeking help with fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. However, we work with women, children, teens, and men of all ages.

what can i expect?

Clinical Nutrition clients can expect to begin with a deep-dive into their health history, current health status, symptoms, dietary habits, lifestyle, and specific health concerns. Nothing is irrelevant when it comes to getting to the root cause. From there, you will receive recommended functional and traditional labs that will then be evaluated and related to everything you shared at our initial consult. Finally, you will receive a personalized protocol that includes individualized dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations. Clinical Nutrition clients will also receive ongoing support in-between sessions to make any necessary adjustments to their protocols.

Wellness Support clients can expect personalized support services for better eating and wellness coaching. We will review health goals and current dietary and wellness habits. From there, you will receive a personalized wellness plan based on your needs. This may include macronutrient coaching, lifestyle tips and goal setting, dietary recommendations, and general supplement support.
